As a Colorado wedding planner, I find my personal and professional inspiration in lots of places, and the season of fall is not the least of these. Something about crisp air, the sounds of football on the tv, soup on the stove and fluffy scarfs with leather boots just fills up my little bucket. It's like life races by me all year, except in the fall! Yes, fall is a time for rest and a s l o w e r pace and treasuring simplicity.
Maybe that's why I love this Denver wedding so much? OR! Maybe it's because we set out to prove that fall wedding design doesn't have to be limited to reds, oranges and dried leaves (which, for the record, I DO adore). We accepted the challenge to create a warm, inviting fall wedding with hues of mauve, light purples and yellows, only to be completed with textured fabrics, seasonal veggies and - of course - a whiskey bar. Enjoy!
